You must be able to follow instructions. You must be able to take directions from your mentor or your sponsor. But always remember that it is not always about listening to them – being coachable is a two way street.

You should go yo your upline with questions, ideas, initiatives etc. This is what will set you apart from others who claim to be coachable.
