To achieve MLM Success you must build relationships. That is what network marketing is about. These relationships are built on trust, and to earn and maintain that trust you have to be accountable. Accountability means that when we promise to work with someone, we follow through;and when we commit to attend an event, we’re there and on time. It is about playing your part in helping the team set goals and seeing these goals become a reality. It is also about respecting members on your team.
To be productive you have to be accountable. Having a form of accountability makes it easier to stay on task and on track. When used properly, accountability can be a wonderful tool for attaining success. Self-accountability puts you in the driver’s seat and makes it much easier for you to be a success network marketer.
Always remember that accountability must be reciprocal. Accountability must be recognized as a learning process that involves taking appropriate action and assigning consequences. Always strive to take responsibility for your actions, including your mistakes. When mistakes are made, the focus should be on learning from the experience.
Accountability is just one of many techniques you can add into the mix to give you a push in the right direction, in attaining MLM success.
